REFUNDS POLICY

Return the goods

You have 15 days to cancel the order because you changed your mind. This cancellation period starts on the day you receive all the items in the order. If you receive defective goods, you may also have the right to return these goods and ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, and still have the original label.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us to obtain the shipping address or other details before you return the package. We can only refund after receiving the package. We will notify you by email at that time.
-Please note that the defective product can be returned to us if there are the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper failure, tearing or tearing. If you encounter the above problems, please contact us and send us the relevant pictures for inspection. Once confirmed, we will repair or replace them or get a refund. Please also note that customers are also required to pay for the return costs themselves.

Transportation delay

We hope that all our valued customers can understand and understand that after the parcel is sent from our warehouse, we cannot control the international shipping process. For delayed orders that are shipped within the normal processing period, we may process them according to the specific situation. Please contact us and our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Once our after-sales customer service confirms the problem, we will provide a corresponding solution to your problem. Before our customers receive their orders, we have the right to reject claims or return requests submitted by customers who have not contacted us first.

 

Refund

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Please note that a general refund can take up to 21 days, that is, 14 days for your return and processing by us, and up to 7 days to pass through the banking system. From this point on, it may take up to 7 days for the item to be received in the Partybase warehouse, where it will be processed and refunded.

We accept refunds or returns under any of the following conditions:
• If the entire package is lost or not received, we can replace it or give a full refund
• Some products are missing. After confirming the problem with the logistics agent, we will provide a partial refund or replacement.
• The product received is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will provide a refund or exchange.

We do not accept refunds or returns under the following circumstances:
• Due to the wrong address or phone number, the local post office failed to contact the recipient and the package was not delivered. We cannot provide replacement or refund. Therefore, please double check your shipping address.
• There is no quality problem with the product, but the buyer does not like it. We can process the refund after you send the goods back.

 

Delayed or lost refund

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before refunds.
If you have completed all of these actions but still haven’t received a refund, please contact us.
