SHIPPING POLICY

We guarantee to strictly abide by the government's recommendations and maintain the highest hygiene standards. Our warehouse employees are divided into three different shifts. Workers on different shifts do not overlap, and outsiders are no longer allowed to enter in order to reduce the risk of this infection.

General information
To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and received within the time frame advertised by us, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. Using the correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. If the address information provided at the time of purchase is incorrect or entered incorrectly, we will not be liable for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments.

Processing time
-The processing time for all orders is different from the time it takes for the shipment to reach the destination after the applicable carrier picks up the shipment from our fulfillment center. Depending on various factors, all orders may take 1-2 business days (except holidays) to process.
-Our effort is to get the products delivered to you within a reasonable time. Starting from receipt of the order and successful payment, the standard shipping takes 7-15 days and the express shipping 3-5 days, depending on the country/region.

Delivery claim
-If you encounter non-delivery or your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
-We will assist you to complete the claim process in cooperation with the carrier. Please note: the claim can take up to 10 days to complete (depending on the carrier used).
-Partybase is not responsible or liable for packages reported by the carrier. We will not refund or refund the package that the carrier confirms that it has been delivered.

Out of stock items
If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of the items is out of stock: we will continue to ship the rest of your order and refund the items that are out of stock using your original payment method.

Reserves the right to transport
For the following reasons, Partybase reserves the right to individually define and restrict, reject and/or cancel customer orders at any time:
-Irregular or excessive return history indicates "closet";
-Irregular or excessive return history involving wear, alteration, washing, damage or missing items; or,
-Potential fraud or criminal activity.
Similarly, due to the above-mentioned similar actions, Partybase reserves the right to restrict, refuse and/or refuse to return goods (in-store and online) to any customer or entity.

All claims for shortages or damages (if any) must be reported to the customer service department through the contact us page of the online store.
